Citrus fruit with rough skin that is golden yellow when ripe, although it is also consumed green. With a fleshy pulp, it has many seeds. Its flavor is a mixture of orange, grapefruit and lemon. Harvesting: April to September (for green yuzu) and from October to December (for yellow yuzu).
