Yuzu
YUZU
Citrus fruit with rough skin that is golden yellow when ripe, although it is also consumed green. With a fleshy pulp, it has many seeds. Its flavor is a mixture of orange, grapefruit and lemon. Its skin has a very perfumed, unique aroma. It is widely used for pastries, marmalade, salads, cocktails, etc.
Harvesting: April to September (for green yuzu) and from October to December (for yellow yuzu).
