Pink variegated lamon
It is a mutation of the Eureka lemon. Its leaves and peel are variegated. Its fruits show green and yellow streaks, which is why it is also called Tiger or Zebra lemon. Medium-sized, the pulp, pink and juicy, does not usually have seeds. It contains a large quantity of juice, which is light in colour. It stands out particularly for its organoleptic qualities, as it is a fruit with an intense citric aroma, very fresh without being excessively acidic, with a less sour taste and markedly fruity with floral, exotic and fragrant touches. It is perfect for both sweet and savoury recipes.
