Small citrus fruit, similar to the lime, but with wrinkled skin and a very intense, fresh and pleasant aroma. The fruit and its leaves are widely used in Asian cuisine. It is rich in essential oils. Only one or two leaves can infuse meats, fish or other dishes with an inimitable fragrance.
