Sweet Lemon
This is a lemon whose yellow-orange flesh and juice is sweet, with hardly any acidity. The fruit is similar in appearance to the standard lemon but much larger than most species. It belongs to the variety called “Real”, a very old variety. Its peel, thicker than that of other varieties, is very appreciated in confectionery, pastries, juices, zest, essences, drinks, etc.
