Limequat
LIMEQUAT
Hybrid resulting from the crossing between the Key lime and the Kumquat. Its fruits are small and oval, yellow when ripe, and can also be harvested green. Its flavour is a mix between the natural bitterness of the lime with the sugars of the orange, and can be eaten practically without peeling or can be used for juices, marmalades, pastries, sauces, etc. This fruit gives off a special aroma.
